What Does UE Mean?
The UE error code indicates your Samsung washer has detected an unbalanced load during the spin cycle. The machine stops spinning to prevent damage.
Common Causes
Uneven Load
Too many heavy items on one side of the drum.
Overloaded
Too many items crammed into a single wash cycle.
Single Heavy Item
One very heavy item like a comforter causing imbalance.
Leveling Issue
The washer itself may not be level on the floor.
Step-by-Step Fix
Redistribute the load
Open the washer and rearrange the clothes evenly around the drum. Mix heavy and light items together.
Reduce the load
If the drum is too full, remove some items. The drum should be about 3/4 full for optimal balance.
Check washer level
Place a level on top of the washer. Adjust the feet at the bottom until the washer is perfectly level in all directions.
Restart the cycle
Close the door and press Start to resume the spin cycle with the redistributed load.
